GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
HOW DOES A MEMORIAL MEALS' GIFT CERTIFICATE WORK?
Customers that have received a gift certificate may redeem it by choosing the “Gift Certificate Redemption” button on the home page or by calling 833-562-1104 to speak with one of our customer success representatives. Via online, follow the prompts for redemption and select your meals. The customer may elect to send a minimum of 12 meals to other specified family members or friends.  We ship in quantities of 12 to 24 and the ideal box size will be determined based on your total number of meals gifted. The gift certificate never expires.
HOW WILL I KNOW THE QUANTITY OF MEALS I HAVE REMAINING?
With each order placed using your gift certificate, the quantity of meals remaining will be automatically updated after each order is placed.
ORDERING
HOW DOES A MEMORIAL MEALS' SUBSCRIPTION OR RECURRING PLAN WORK?
We will send you the meals of your choice every 2 weeks. You may change your meal selection for each order by signing in to your account and selecting meals. This must be completed by Wednesday at 5:00pm EST the week before delivery. With each recurring order you will receive one free meal with an order of 12-23 and two free meals with an order of 24.
WILL AN ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY BE CREATED FOR ME?
When you place an order, an account will be created for you. Setting this account up will allow you to access, control and update your information without needing to reach us. You will also begin accruing points towards free meals.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ADD ALLERGIES TO MY ORDER?
We currently do not have the ability to customize individual meals. Ingredients are listed on our menu.
DO YOU OFFER WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
All recurring orders will ship every 2 weeks.
HOW MANY MEALS ARE IN EACH ORDER?
You can choose the number of meals you would like to receive in your order between 12 and 24 (12 is our minimum to ship).
HOW DO I ORDER A ONE-TIME DELIVERY?
When you place your order, select “one time delivery” for a single delivery.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO SELECT NEW MEALS?
If you don’t select new meals before your next order ships, we will automatically duplicate your previous order. NOTE: If we have a menu change, you will receive the REPLACEMENT meal for that selection.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN EACH MEAL FEED?
Our meals are suitable for one person. The macronutrients are listed for each meal on our website.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK ON THE MEALS I’VE RECEIVED?

AS A RECURRING ORDER CUSTOMER, HOW DO I SKIP A WEEK OF MEALS OR CHANGE MY MEAL PLAN?
When your account is set up you will be able to access all of your meal choices and make any adjustments or changes that you need at any time. Log in to your account in the upper right of the screen. Choose “My Account” and then “View My Subscription”. Select the “Cancel” button and then you will be asked if you would like to pause or cancel your order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMORIAL MEALS’ RECURRING PLAN SUBSCRIPTION?
You are FREE to cancel your recurring meal plan at any time without any cancellation fees. No further charges will incur as long as the order cancellation takes place by 5:00pm EST the Wednesday before it was scheduled to ship. You can do this through your account or you can call our customer success team at 833-562-1104.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
HOW DOES SHIPPING & DELIVERY WORK?
Once your order is ready for shipping, a label will be created with shipping information. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can keep track of your order. We will also send a confirmation once your package has been delivered.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping is always free.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?
We deliver to 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
We deliver to residential addresses only at this time.
WHEN WILL MY MEALS ARRIVE?
Most shipments should be expected between Thursday and Saturday via FedEx.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DELIVERY IS ON THE WAY?
You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been shipped and is on the way.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
No, your package does not require you to be present for delivery. However, we do recommend that you do not leave the package in the direct sun during the summer months for an extended period of time.
ORDER & BILLING
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed for your first order as soon as you checkout. All recurring orders will be charged the Wednesday before your next week's ship date.
CAN I VIEW MY ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, you can log into your account any time to check the status of your order.
DO YOU HAVE A WAY TO SORT OUT FAVORITE MEALS FOR FASTER ORDERING?
Yes! When you are logged in and choosing meals for an order, you can select the star in the upper right corner of the meal. This will highlight the meal and move it to the top of the meal selection page. There is also a drop down menu with "favorites" that you can choose and it will only display your favorite meals.
PREP & STORAGE
HOW DO I STORE MY MEALS AND HOW LONG WILL THEY STAY FRESH?
Once you receive your order, all you need to do is place your meals in the refrigerator. If your meals arrive partially or fully thawed, they are still safe to eat as long as they are cool to the touch. We recommend freezing any meals you don’t plan on eating within the first 5 days of delivery to ensure the best quality and taste. Meals will keep up to 10 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer.
DO MY MEALS REQUIRE ANY PREPARATION BEFORE I CAN EAT THEM?
No. Memorial meals will deliver convenient, quality meals fully prepared. All you need to do is heat and enjoy. In the mocrowave, heat normal meals for approx 3 minutes and large meals for approx 4 minutes, depending on your microwave. Please keep in mind, if you have meals in the freezer we advise you to let them thaw thoroughly for 24 to 48 hours before following the heating instructions for best taste.  The full detailed heating instructions can be found below in the footer.
DO I HAVE TO ADD ANY EXTRA INGREDIENTS TO MY MEALS?
No. Your meals are fully prepared and ready to simply heat, eat and enjoy.

PACKAGING & RECYCLING
HOW ARE THE MEALS PACKAGED?
Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard. Our plastic containers are BPA free and recyclable. The plastic film on the food trays is also recyclable.
ARE YOUR PLASTIC CONTAINERS BPA FREE?
Yes, our plastic containers are BPA free as well as recyclable.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY BOX AFTER MY DELIVERY?
The cardboard is able to be recycled at your convenience. We are currently working to resource new insulation that is environmentally friendly. Our goal is to provide this to our customers in 2022.

WHERE CAN I FIND NUTRITION INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR MEALS?
All of our nutrition information is listed with each entree. Click on meal detail when viewing the meals.
WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
We only use fresh ingredients to ensure the best quality for your meals. We do not use processed foods or artificial ingredients. We use a mixture of olive oil and canola oil for cooking.
HOW ARE THE MEALS PREPARED?
Our meals are made fresh to order in a scratch kitchen in Wichita, KS every week.
DO YOU USE ANY REFINED SUGARS?
Our meals contain no refined sugars.
HOW MUCH SODIUM IS INCLUDED IN EACH MEAL?
Our meals are prepared in batch quantities from scratch. Micro nutrients are difficult to measure for each individual meal due to our cooking process. We never add sodium or preservatives to our meals. We only use sodium free seasonings. On average, our normal size meals should not be over 400mg-500mg per meal.
DO ANY OF YOUR MEALS FOLLOW DIETARY NEEDS?
All of our meals are designed based on calorie content, protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Listed carbohydrates are net carbohydrates.
