IN ORDER TO ENSURE CANCELATION OF YOUR ORDER OR STOPPING A RECURRING ORDER, CANCELATION MUST OCCUR BEFORE THE SHIPMENT DATE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS CANCELED BY 9:00 PM EST THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE SHIPMENT DATE. ALL RECURRING ORDERS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL CANCELED.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise through products ordered on this site, you agree and acknowledge that your sole and exclusive solution is replacement of the damaged or defective merchandise at no additional cost to you. For replacement, we must be notified immediately upon receipt of the damage or defect either through this website or through our customer success department phone number on your invoice or stated above. Upon notice to us, you must provide all necessary information relating to the damaged or defective merchandise; including date of arrival, method of shipment, the defect or the damage, when it occurred, and by whom it occurred. In any given month, when your promotional code influences 12 new orders, you will receive 12 meals absolutely free (includes shipping and handling). When your promotional code influences 48 orders, you will receive two bi-weekly shipments of 24 meals absolutely free. These meals will be credited to your account and can be redeemed at any time. For every order after the initial 48, you will then become a Diamond Affiliate. Being a part of our Diamond Affiliate program enables you the ability to earn $7 per order of monthly income beyond the 48 initial orders per month.

Ingredients and Promotional Items
Time to time, situations may be out of our control where it is necessary to adjust or change recipes, substitute meals, or discontinue items without notice. Every effort will be made to contact you before the item ships. Doorstep Meals Inc will make every attempt to provide a product that is comparable, however, due to circumstances that may not be possible. In the event that an order contains a meal that is not available, for any reason, Doorstep Meals reserves the right to replace it with the most comparable meal available. In the case that there is not a comparable meal available, Doorstep Meals will replace it with a meal that matches the type of meals that have been previously ordered, if possible.
Shipping
Shipping day, or shipment date, means that our meals are ready to ship on or about this day. Doorstep Meals Inc has two shipping days: Monday and Tuesday. Delivery is picked up and shipped from Kansas City, MO and Wichita, KS by Fedex.
All meals are packed in dry ice to ensure the contents remain frozen during the delivery, however, once the delivery is received at the address it was delivered; it is absolutely necessary to freeze meals that are not meant for immediate consumption. Meals that are not immediately consumed need to be placed in a freezer on the same day they were delivered. Doorstep Meals Inc will not be responsible nor held liable for any damage to the contents of the meals that were due to a delay in freezing.
Dry ice handling - Most, if not all, of the dry ice should be melted upon delivery. If you find the package contains left over dry ice, do not touch it directly with bare hands. Let it evaporate in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets.
Force Majeure
Every effort will be made that you receive your meals within 3 days from a delivery day. Sometimes circumstances happen beyond our control that will interfere with this 3-day threshold. These circumstances might include, but not limited to:
1. Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action 2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, or threat of terrorist attack, war, or threat or preparation for war. 3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, natural disaster, or any other “Act of God”. 4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport 5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks 6. The acts of decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government
During times of Force Majeure, these Terms and Conditions are postponed for the complete time period the event detailed in the Force Majeure unfolds. Doorstep Meals will make every reasonable effort to provide solutions to any issues during such an event.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Changes to the Terms and Conditions may occur time to time. Doorstep Meals Inc reserves the right to change and update the Terms and Conditions, with or without notice. These changes will take effect at the time of its posting. It is recommended that the Terms and Conditions are reviewed frequently because use of both sites signifies accepting and agreeing with all items posted within the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
